# Rhode Island School of Design



 

 

 

 

Rhode Island School of Design (RISD) had around 100 sites on multiple content management systems. The brand’s look and feel, content, and accessibility left a lot to be desired, leaving RISD to think, “This is not a problem a design school should have.” Enter Acquia Site Factory; RISD consolidated siloed content, launching a redesign of the main institutional website and a new student-focused RISD portal. The school did so with a common toolset that helped it focus on brand and content consistency, security, and accessibility, giving RISD the freedom to shine through design.
