## **The Challenge**

PerkinElmer faced several critical challenges in its quest to evolve digitally:

**Disconnected Systems:** The organization struggled with siloed operations between sales, marketing, and customer service. This lack of integration hindered their ability to generate qualified leads and deliver cohesive customer experiences.

**Inefficient Content Management:** The existing website, built on Tridion, was outdated, making it difficult for marketers to create engaging content quickly.

The existing Tridion-based website was migrated to Drupal in just three months, with approximately 1,600 pages recreated. Leveraging the Acquia Digital Experience Platform (DXP), Bounteous improved the overall website architecture, making it flexible, scalable, and secure.

### **Enhanced Content Capabilities**

Bounteous introduced tools that streamlined content creation and management.

These included:

- Acquia DAM (Digital Asset Management) for centralized storage and global updates to content.
- Accelerators for content migration, like an AI-powered PDF conversion tool and search functionality enhancements.
- A component library accelerator for rapid content creation.

### **Omni-Channel Integration**

To improve customer experiences and gather better insights, Bounteous integrated several third-party platforms, including:

- HubSpot for gated content.
- Google Tag Manager for tracking.
- OneTrust for privacy compliance.

### **Insights-Driven Approach**

The Acquia platform enabled data capture across various channels, improving PerkinElmer’s ability to analyze customer behavior. Insights from these data sources were used to optimize lead generation and sales strategies.

### **Competitive Benchmarking**

Bounteous assessed PerkinElmer’s website against six competitors, identifying opportunities for differentiation and growth. This analysis guided recommendations for a dynamic homepage, improved wayfinding, and personalized customer journeys.
