It's integrated into the comments functionality of the Acquia DAM Workflow proofer. Anyone reviewing a proof can ask the AI assistant a question and get a response in seconds. Generative AI tools use a large, multimodal language based on a broad range of data captured from the internet to respond to questions in a conversational way. AI assistant uses the same technology but for the specific application of creative collaboration. ## **Use AI assistant to support your creative process** This isn’t a replacement for collaborating with your design and marketing peers. But AI assistant can be your always on, always ready sounding board and idea generator. Here are a few ways you can use it. ### **Copy suggestions** If the first draft of the copy doesn't sit right with you, get input with AI assistant. You can even highlight copy from within a PDF to incorporate it into your prompt. Below, I told AI assistant I’m writing ad copy for a road bike. I already had a description of the product in my [product information management (PIM)](https://www.acquia.com/blog/product-information-management) system, [Entries](https://www.acquia.com/products/acquia-dam/entries), so I used that to provide information about the bike. Then I asked for a headline based on that information. Designers can input a prompt related to their design project and AI assistant will generate multiple ideas and concepts based on that prompt. This can inspire designers and help them come up with different ideas for their designs. Below I let AI assistant know I’m working on a social media ad. I asked for some ideas to help make the call to action button stand out in the design. The responses aren’t ground-breaking design concepts but might be enough to help a marketer articulate feedback that’s more specific than “pop” or “sizzle” or help a designer that’s in a rush get the creative juices going. So you must have a subscription for the [Workflow add-on](https://www.acquia.com/products/acquia-dam/workflow). Existing Workflow customers can contact support to “opt in” by creating a case through the [Acquia DAM Community](https://community.widen.com/collective/s/). New Workflow customers can determine to opt in during the purchase process.
