 We're introducing a new category in this year's Acquia Engage Awards to recognize the organizations who give back to the Drupal community.

With the annual Acquia Engage Awards, Acquia honors its customers and partners who build the most ambitious digital experiences. These awards recognize organizations for the impact of their work across multiple categories, including excellence in digital marketing, return on investment, personalization and more. This year, we’re introducing a new category to the Acquia Engage Awards, which is all about the organizations that are giving back to Drupal. The Open Source Giants category will recognize the strongest contribution to the Drupal ecosystem, whether that comes through GitHub, [Drupal.org](https://www.drupal.org), code contributions, event sponsorship, community mentorship or technical excellence.

I’m proud that Acquia is recognizing Open Source contributions this year, since part of our company DNA has always been giving back. We’re honored to work with many organizations and agency partners that give back more and more each year to Drupal.
